Family Getaway - Decatur, Ga.
This project was designed for a family seeking a flat, functional space for their children to play and enjoy their yard. Our goal was to create an inviting outdoor area that balances beauty, practicality, and privacy. Our team worked closely with this family to ensure the design met their needs while enhancing their outdoor experience.
The Design Process
The primary goal was to create a flat, safe space for the children to enjoy outdoor activities. We aimed for a design that would encourage play, while also incorporating beautiful landscaping elements to enrich the environment. We installed vibrant new Zoysia sod to provide a soft, resilient surface for the family. This grass type is ideal for play, as it holds up well under foot traffic and stays lush and green.
